Aaron and Deb work with CRU in Europe and live in Latvia. Aaron serves on the Latvian national leadership team. His priorities are to coach team leaders throughout Europe and helping to accelerate our digital ministry presence in Latvia.
Deb also serves on the Latvian team. As a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths coach, her priorities are to build into team leaders, teams and volunteers helping them understand how to live out their God given design. Aaron has been asked to be one of ten coaching for our organization’s Global Operational Leadership Development. It was a year long program and intense. First Presbyterian has supported Aaron and Deb since 1996.
