Erol is the Leader Led Movement Aegean Region Director with Campus Crusade for Christ International. In Leader Led Movement ministry, Erol and Seren are reaching out to Young Professionals and effective leaders in the city to develop leaders who will build ministry teams to disciple and evangelize in their ministry. Erol and Seren have 3 children. Seren was on the CCC OLC(5) intercessory prayer team with Dave Butterworth in Izmir, Turkey in 2012. First Presbyterian has supported Erol and Gulseren since 2013.
