First Presbyterian Family,
Thank you for the remembrances while I had my knee surgery. For the food, the flowers, phone calls, and cards. But especially for the prayers. It feels good to be a part of this family. Gloria Ditsworth
Thank You
Many, many thanks to all our most wonderful church family. Thanks for all the prayers, thoughts, cards, flowers, food, and visits! We can’t wait to be back with you all. We are so blessed. Beth Primavera

New Member Recognition
Our New Member Recognition has been set for Sunday, November 4th during both services. We look forward to having new additions to our church family. A reception will be held during coffee time in their honor.
Congregational Meeting Date Change
Our Congregational Meeting will be held immediately following our Reformed Worship Service on Sunday, November 25th at 10am for the election of new officers. All members are encouraged to attend.
Operation Christmas Child is so much more than delighting a child in need with a simple gift. In the hands of local churches, every gift-filled shoebox is a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship – transforming the lives of children and their families around the world through the Good News of Jesus Christ! After receiving shoebox gifts, boys and girls are invited to enroll in The Greatest Journey, our 12-lesson discipleship program where children learn what it means to faithfully follow Christ and share their faith with others.
Please consider packing a shoebox this fall. Pick up a pre-printed shoebox and a brochure from the library window. All shoebox gifts are due back to the church by Sunday, November 11th.
Attention Sewers:
The children’s and lap quilts are now in the fellowship hall and ready for completion. Please take them home and complete one or as many as you like. These quilts have been given in the past to CAASA, Dickinson County Public Health for the “New Moms” program, Lakes Regional Healthcare for the new babies, Gentiva Hospice and Hilltop Care Center. Your help with this project provides warmth to many members of our community and beyond.
